Education - MONTAN OCEL, spol. s r.o.

Thanks to the financial support of the European Union, we can systematically work on training our employees. Currently, our project is halfway through its implementation and so far we have trained 24 people. The fulfillment of indicators reached 88.89%, which meets the required minimum of 85.1%.

Education - MONTAN OCEL, spol. s r.o.

We are involved in the call 03_23_047 "COMPANY TRAINING (1)", which is co-financed by the European Union. The main objective of the call is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of employees, and thus ensure compliance with the requirements of their competences for the work activities performed.

The call is included in the OP Employment Plus 2021-2027 program and its managing authority is the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic.The name of the project is "Education - MONTAN OCEL, spol. s r.o.".

Projekt je zaměřen na další profesní vzdělávání zaměstnanců – realizace vzdělávacích kurzů spojených s rozvíjením znalostí, schopností a dovedností vyžadovaných pro výkon určitého povolání, a to s důrazem na podporu osob starších 55 let.

The project is focused on further professional education of employees - implementation of educational courses related to the development of knowledge, abilities and skills required for the performance of a certain profession, with an emphasis on supporting people over 55 years of age. People will be trained in Soft Skills, Economic Knowledge and Technical / Vocational Education.

Our project will be finalized in 2026 and after its completion we will return to it on our website with additional and more detailed information regarding the outputs and results achieved.
