We cut all types of material with a perpendicularity of cut of 0.1/100 mm and a maximum length tolerance of 0.5 mm/m. We cut bar steel from 8 mm to 400 mm in diameter, pipes from 10 mm to 400 mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 2 mm, or various types of profiles and bars.
We offer straightening of wire with a diameter of 2 - 5 mm in lengths from 10 to 3000 mm.

We straighten all types of wires with a diameter of 2 - 5 mm, from standard steel to stainless steel and solid spring wires.
We offer pressing on the eccentric press LEN 40C. The press operates with a pressure of 400kN, has a table length of 660mm and a width of 530mm. The vertical travel is 95mm. A typical segment is rope eyelets of various shapes according to EN standards.

We offer you professional measurements including documentation. Our KEYENCE IM-7010/7500 optical measuring system is a high-precision device designed for automated dimensional measurement and quality control. The measurement accuracy is ± 1 µm.

The size of the measured part can be a maximum of 200 x 200mm. Up to 99 dimensions can be measured on one product and up to 99 products can be measured simultaneously. The device allows automatic calculation of CP and CPK. The minimum display unit is 0.1µm and the measurement accuracy is ± 1µm.
For accurate measurement of spring force values, we offer professional measurements including documentation and CPK values. The measurement is performed on a semi-automatic device from MicroStudio PMA.

The device allows you to measure springs with a maximum length of 300 mm and a maximum weight of 300N. We can measure the outer diameter of the spring up to 52 mm. On request, we can prepare a CPK report with the measured values.
